My Family, God's Glorious Gifts!
God has truly blessed me with two wonderful women, my wife Jamie and daughter Bethany. Jamie and I were married on June 1, 1991. I was fresh out of High School and she was in her first year of college. We met in the Layaway Department at the local Roses Department Store and dated for 2 years before being wed. Jamie's family and several others had a huge part in my accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior on October of 1989. After being married for several months, Jamie and I began looking for our own church family to attend and serve. We settled down at Hopewell Baptist Church, where we grew and thrived as the body loved, supported, challenged, and involved us in hands on ministry. It was during an "Experiencing God" Discipleship class that I accepted my calling to full time ministry. The Church Body at Hopewell were awesome and very supportive of this life-changing decision for my family. Bethany came along almost eight years later as an answer to prayer. In 1994, God called me into the Gospel ministry. Since then, life has been great as the Lord has called us to many places in which we have been blessed with numerous friendships that have truly changed and transformed our lives as we daily strive to glorify Christ and make Him known wherever He leads us.
