FAITH OUTREACH
An Awesome Journey...
FAITH is a simple way to present the Gospel to the lost - and the mechanics to make small groups/Sunday School effective and dynamic. A Clear, simple, and straightforward means of incorporating small groups/Sunday School and evangelism together in the way God will use to lead us to our greatest years of growth in God's church. A journey that will help the church members individually and the congregation to expect something great to happen in His Church on a regular routine. FAITH is an intentional strategy to win and disciple ones world.
C.A.R.E.
"Christians Activitely Reaching Everyone"
CARE and GROW can work hand and hand as both strategies use a team philosophy to accomplish ministry within the church body. GROW is usually very specifically geared toward the Sunday School outreach/evangelistic strategy while CARE is geared toward encouraging church wide participation though spiritual gifts, talents, and ministry interests. CARE Teams are usually ministry focused teams developed to help with the work load within a particular congregation utilizing numerous teams including children, youth, as well as those with physical disabilities. So examples of teams include: phone team, Grounds team, letter/card team, visitation team, cleaning team, activities team, shut-in/nursing home team, coloring team, kitchen team, and so forth.
G.R.O.W
God Rewards Our Work
GROW is a strategy that uses outreach teams within each Sunday School Class to refocuses and rejuvenates class membership involvement with evangelism and outreach. For GROW to work, each class must compile a prospect file and keep it up to date. Then each class will build 4 teams with 4 captains, and an unlimited number of team participants. Each team captain will attend special training facilitated by the pastor and them recruitment will begin. Each class will divide into ministry teams which include: visitation, phone contacts, and letter contacts with the ultimate goal of evangelism, sharing the Gospel with all contacts within their prospect file.
IEC Stragety
"Intentionally Evangelistical Church" is a strategy that helps churches regain and refocus on the #1 priority in the church which is evangelism. This is accomplished through a renewed focus on leadership, intentional prayer, assimilation, event evangelism, and personal evangelism components.
Please take note that this is a strategy, not a program as we seek life-change and heart change within each church member which will in turn lead to a corporate change within the body of Christ. That's my prayer as we enter and finish IEC training.
The Body Life Journey
Guiding Believers into Ministry
This strategy is about helping assimilate new members into the body of Christ by helping them discover their new identity in Christ, grow in their relationship with Christ and other brothers and sisters in the church and encourage them to invest in personal ministry through service in the local church. The Goal of the Body Life Journey is to help individuals who they are in Christ by discovering their spiritual gifts, experiences, relational style, vocational skills, and what passion God has place in their heart for a certain ministry. Basically, the Body Life Journey seeks to help individuals understand and place them into the area of ministry in which God has gifted and given them a passion to serve though spiritual transformation.
NBC Strategy
New Believer's Class Strategy
In this class I seek to define and emphasis what being a Christian and belonging to a church is all about. It's purpose is to help new believers and those desiring membership with our church to understand what we believe in regards to salvation, spiritual growth, bible study, ministry, spiritual gifts, evangelism, and their part in God's church as an individual and corporately.
